I offer a unique blend of counselling, and evidence-based interventions to guide and support families facing vulnerability and mental health challenges.
With a professional background in Counselling, including Advanced Major Studies in Child Development and Positive Parenting, Counselling in Abuse and Addictions, and a diploma in Understanding Autism, I am equipped to navigate the complexities of family dynamics.
I have served as a Community/Family Support worker, extending expertise to around 100 families facing diverse challenges, such as mental health issues, public children’s proceedings, parenting skills, housing, children safeguarding, challenging behaviour, ASD, ADHD, substance abuse, co-parenting, school absence, sexualised behaviour, mentoring, and contact supervision.
As a testament to my commitment, a social charity has appointed me to develop training modules for support workers. This role involves crafting evidence-based interventions tailored to specific needs when working with vulnerable families.
I have successfully supported around 100 families, each with unique challenges, showcasing a proven record of effectiveness and commitment.
With expertise in Autism, mental health, child development, positive parenting and legal proceedings, to name a few, I am equipped to address a wide range of challenges faced by vulnerable youth, children, and families.
