As part of my McKenzie Friend service, I specialise in orders under Section 8 of the Children Act 1989, particularly in cases involving allegations of domestic abuse. This includes Child Arrangements Orders, Specific Issue Orders, and Prohibited Steps Orders, as well as Non-Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders, and Enforcement Orders. I am highly experienced in handling complex cases such as those involving parental alienation, international elements, and Hague Convention abduction matters — always with a strong focus on supporting shared parenting wherever possible
My expertise extends to all types of courts, from Magistrates to High Court level, covering the whole array of hearings, including fact-finding and final hearings.
