Fee Structure

  RATES FOR MCKENZIE FRIEND, COACHING SERVICES

• Initial 30-minute consultation: Free
• Standard hourly rate: £50 per hour      (subject to change with prior notice)
• Weekend hourly rate: £60 per hour

STATEMENTS AND FORMS

The next fee rates are based on minimums. The final fee will take into consideration the complexity of the case and the amount of reading, writing and consultancy calls required. 

For assistance drafting statements, from £80.

For assistance filling in forms, from £70.

C100 form, from £100.

HEARINGS

The fee includes a pre-hearing coaching session,  negotiation with the other party, assistance throughout the hearing and note taking. 

For remote hearings, from £100 per day. 

Attendance at hearings from £200 per day plus a transport fee if the hearing is more than 1 hour away.

For Fact Finding Hearings and Final Hearings, from £400 per day.
